When you build and deploy a full package to your development clients, the JAS.INI, and JDBJ.INI files are overwritten so that your changes to these files must be re-edited in to the files.  How do you stop full packages from doing this?

Are there "templates" for these ini files on the deployment server somewhere that you can edit once so that you do not have to edit them separately on each development client?
