JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 8.98 and later Information in this document applies to any platform.
If you store all of your media object file attachments in the same path as defined in the P98MOQUE, then disregard this document. However, if you use a separate file storage location for specific file attachments and use the path in the P98MOQUE for all other attachments, please review the following.
Users made File attachments which pointed back to different server locations based on business needs. Now that we are migrating from Fat Client to Web Client we cannot get to these media object attachments. When trying to view them we receive the error
MEDIA OBJECT Media Object Fetch Image failed. If you click Save, this unloaded media object will be deleted. If you click Cancel, all the media object changes will be ignored.
What do we need to do in order to resolve this error message and allow users to work with the media object attachments?
