E1: UBE: Newly Added Font Cannot Display Properly in Preview or PDF Output

Symptoms
New font is not showing correctly when print to PDF output. The new font can be shown in the Report Design Aid but when previewing or submitting the UBE locally, it is not showing correctly on screen or PDF output. According to <Document 626563.1>, the use of logos, bitmaps, or images on a report is not supported in the Report Writer, however there are a few available workaround options. Customer has implemented the workaround by creating a new Windows True Type font, using a font editor and installed it in the Windows/Font folder and the JDE/Resource folder. But, the new font is not showing correctly in Preview or PDF output.
