On the Web client, after saving version Data Selection with Null Date/DateToday/Literal-Date in the Right operand, one of the following symptoms occurs when accessing the version data selection or submitting the UBE version After Deployment of Full package or Update Package of the UBE version or Copy of existing version with Null Date/DateToday/Literal-Date, that was previously saved on the web client :-
ERROR Your report has NOT been submitted successfully
The report submission fails when attempting to create the UBE Version Overrides Data Selection XML specs. The jas log contains the error:
Error: COULD NOT LOAD REPORT, NO DATA SELECTION INFORMATION FOUND
The version data selection cannot be accessed. The on-demand generation fails when attempting to serialize the version data selection specification record with error messages in the jas log:
DataSelSeqEngine.loadDataSelInfo(): Error Loading Data Selection Info | REPORTSEL-Report-Version
The Data Selection Right operand displays Null or is Empty instead of Null Date/DateToday
The version data selection can be accessed. However, the right operand is displayed as [Null] with a List of Values [Blank, Zero, Literal]. After saving the Null in the right operand and accessing the data selection again, the right operand is displayed as an Empty row with a List of Values [Null Date, Literal, DateToday(SL), BC Date fields].
The Data Selection Right operand displays the Literal-Date prefixed by the letter U and formatted as "UYYYYMMDD" instead of the user profile date format of the signed-in user, for example, "MM/DD/YY"
The version data selection does not affect the execution of the ube, it affects only the display format of the Literal-Date.
