This document helps you troubleshoot the Web client exception error message that occur when running an application(s) on HTML/web client. It's actually the Business Function (BSFN) from application code which fails on run on the server and causes the Web Client Exception message on screen.  For example, a user may see the following message displayed by the web browser:

An exception has been caught by the Web client. Please contact your system administrator.
See log for details.There was a problem with the server
while running the business function GetAddressBookExceptionA7. Please exit the application and restart it.
