Purpose
This knowledge document is designed to direct you through understanding the use of Snapshot Multiclient Installer Program and its installation.
It also includes recommendations and use of Snapshot during a EnterpriseOne Application Release Software Upgrade and troubleshooting Known Issues using Snapshot.
The Snapshot Multiclient Installer is a utility that comes with the installation of both the EnterpriseOne Deployment server and the EnterpriseOne Client workstations. The SnapShot program manages multiple instances of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Development Client on a single machine. Using this program you can save and restore copies of an installed Development Client.
