Symptoms
Customer has UBE which will in turn invoke a BSFN and this BSFN will then invoke a BSSV running on OAS that is getting the following error:
PackageLookUpService: Could not find attribute <31> in table F96511 for host <LOCAL>, port <6014>, pathcode <PY812>.
