Some Vocabulary Overrides (VO) in an application have been identified as being corrupted. How do you go about correcting these records?

The following are examples are VO corruption:-

Example 1:
Vocabulary overrides for Delivered To (DD alias ANTY) in P4006-Order Address Information are missing for Traditional Chinese (language = CT) when viewed in P9220 - Vocabulary Overrides. However, the records exist when checked via UTB-Universal Table Browser.

Example 2:
An error occurs when accessing Vocabulary Overrides for P4310 Purchase Orders|W4310A Order Detail Grid Column Text for data item PLAN (DD alias PL) for Language = CT.

The error is "Math Numeric 10 has an invalid data dictionary value." The data are wrong in P9220 when accessing the VO, e.g. the data item has a value of "1" instead of alias, Text Type = "Y" and Visible = "P".
