Purpose

Overview

Media Object templates can be defined within the system for use with text attachments. A media object template can be defined with the desired font, font size, color, formatting, layout etc. that a user should always follow when adding a new text attachment. Once defined, these templates can be selected from the Text Attachment window and used for creating a new text attachment on a record. This allows for a consistent format for text attachments added to records within an application.

This document includes information on how to use templates, how to add, modify and delete Media Object Templates and details some known issues with templates.

Scope

This document is intended for the system administrator who will be defining and maintaining the Media Object templates within the EnterpriseOne environment.
