E1: JAS: Tools Release Upgrade Causes ' RID not found in request ' 'RID invalid for login environment for user' Errors in JAS Logs (Doc ID 1360928.1)

Goal

Symptom #1 - You upgraded to Tools Release 8.98.4.3 and have started seeing the following error messages in JAS logs:

[SEVERE] - [RUNTIME] RID not found in request
[SEVERE] - [MAFLETCONTAINER] Did Not Receive Parameter java.lang.Exception: Missing URLBuilderService_URI_Parm parameter.
[SEVERE] - [MAFLETCONTAINER] Did Not Receive Parameter java.lang.Exception: Missing URLBuilderService_Type_Parm parameter.

The above errors appear when an HTML user switchs between open applications in the E1Menu "Open Applications" list at the top of the E1Menu Or simply by accessing the E1 Menus.The errors appear regardless of the  workstation users login to E1 Web clients.No on-screen error messages appear while working in HTML clients however you would like get rid of these error messages from the log files.
