The purpose of this document is to provide guidelines on setting up event rules on the K43E08 escalation tasks. If testing escalations within RSS using a Distribution List and messages are not being sent to higher level approvers, it may be due to the escalation rules not being turned on in the K43E08 workflow process. This document shows how to add escalation rules and the correct event rules to setup in order to turn on escalations for the K43E08 workflow process that is used in Requisition Self Service.
