E1: OMW: Error "Memory allocation failure for pSR in CopyRDBTAM" during Check-out and "Source and Target Count Mismatch" during Check-In and Transfer

Symptoms
The following issues are reported when performing OMW actions like Check-Out or Get, Check-In, Transfer or Promote of objects.
ISSUE 1: Error "Memory allocation failure for pSR in CopyRDBTAM" during Check-out
On EnterpriseOne 8.12 Application Release, when attempting to Check-Out or Get / Advance Get certain objects (e.g P76215B) from any pathcode, receives a "memory allocation failure" error in OMW object Logging. These application works fine on the web.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- In OMW, highlight on object P76215B.
- Perform a Get / Checkout / Advance Get for the object.
- Received Memory Error and Memory allocation failure error shown in OMW Logging.
ISSUE 2 : Error "Final source and target record counts do not match" during Check-In
When attempting to Check-In certain objects (e.g P0048, P12015, P05130, P76E0001), receives a "Final source and target record counts do not match for object XXXXX and table JDESPECTYP_FDATEXT" error in OMW object Logging. After a check-out is done on these objects and even without any modifications done, when user attempt to check-in these objects again, the user received this source and target count mismatch error. These application works fine on the web.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In OMW, highlight on object P0048.
2. Perform a Check-Out for the object.
3. Without any modification done to the object, perform a Check-In.
4. Received Final source and target record counts do not match error shown in OMW Logging.
ISSUE 3 : Error "Final source and target record counts do not match" during Transfer/Promote/Advance
When attempting to transfer applications (e.g PCW15, PCW18, PCW011A) from one pathcode to another, transfer fails with the following error message in OMW Object Level logging:
"Final source and target record counts do not match for object XXXXX and table JDESPECTYPE_FDATEXT."
