E1: SVM: Server Manager / JAS Login Performance Issue On WebSphere Application Server 6.1 and 7.0 on iSeries Platform

This issue is specific to JAS on WAS 6.1 and WAS 7 running on iSeries platform.
Tools Release and SM Release - 8.98.3 onwards.

You created Enterprise Server, WAS7.0 and HMTL Web server instances via Server Manager. You also installed the Tools Release( on all the instances as well as the server manager console and agent.

When clicking on the Enterprise Server and WAS 7.0 instance in Server Manager, the response is very quick but when clicking on the HTML server it takes up to about 1 minute 40 second to respond. Once You are in the HTML instance view, the response is fine. So, issue is only when selecting/clicking on the HTML server instance. Users also reported that the Login into JAS was taking excessive time.
