On : 9.0 / 8.98.4.2 version, Package Management
When attempting to build an update package on the workstation
the following error occurs.

PkgInf.cpp:2575 PKGINF0087 ERROR: Failed to get the FileVersion information from C:\Windows\system32\mfc42.dll with error
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Build an update client package at the workstation
Due to this issue, the client package is completed successfully and deployed but there is an error message on the ClientPkgBuild.log file.
