Symptoms

You are on EnterpriseOne 9.0 Tools Release 8.98.4.5 on a Windows 2008 R2 64-bit Enterprise Server.  The Workflow kernel takes a long time to end when EnterpriseOne service is stopped on the Enterprise Server.  The process eventually dies on its own but after a few minutes.
