Symptoms

When performing the installation of Express Install for IBM i on Power Systems for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or regular Platform Pack installation on iSeries Platform, installation process stops with message FtpFile_Exception_desc on the screen.






In installActions2011_12_28_02_42_49PM.log under C:\Program Files\Oracle\Inventory\logs on machine from where you are performing the installation, you find the below messages :
