Symptoms

HTML Server intermittently fails to reach Security Server

Users are encountering intermittent lost connection issues on EnterpriseOne 9.x.  Also occasionally, users are unable to sign on to the system.  No changes have been recently made to E1 configuration, but users have this issue several times a week in the Production environment.

The following errors appear in the E1ROOT.LOG of the HTML / JAS Server:
