Purpose

Overview

This document provides details on how to use the Refresh Actuals program (R3465) to consolidate sales order history from the Sales Order History File (F42119) and the Sales Order File (F4211) by Request Date (DRQJ) and place them in the Forecast File (F3460) as forecast type AA. The Forecast Generation program (R34650) then uses these AA records to generate detail forecasts in the same Forecast File (F3460).
