E1: WRKFLW: Unable to Save Modifications done to a workflow process in Workflow Modeler (Doc ID 1403263.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to save the modification done to a workflow process (e.g. EXPROUTING) in Workflow Modeler. Clicking the save button in Workflow Modeler tool, will result in the following errors shown in jde.log.

STEPS TO DUPLICATE:

1. In Process Master application or Object Management Workbench (OMW) application, launch Workflow Modeler for a workflow process (e.g. EXPROUTING)

2. Make some changes in the Workflow Modeler. Click the SAVE button and Exit workflow Modeler.


3. The status of the Workflow still stays as "Workflow is being Edited". And when you try to relaunch workflow modeler,  it displays the above error message. Clicking Retry, the changes made were not saved.
