Unable to Transfer any Business Service (BSSV) object using Object Management Workbench (OMW) after upgrading to Tools Release or Tools Release The following error message appears in OMW log when attempting to promote the project:

Error - Action: Transfer called for:
Type: BSFN
by User: USER returned Error: 01.

The following error messages appear in the jdedebug.log:

WRK:Starting jdeCallObject OMWOLObject::ProcessRequest() exception caught
WRK:Starting jdeCallObject OMWEnvironmentContext::EndTransaction() - Rolling back transaction because bCommitOrRollback is FALSE and m_bTrxCommit is TRUE
WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Entering JDB_RollbackUser (UserHandle 0DE12100)
WRK:Starting jdeCallObject Rolling back commit point 1 of the transaction : 3842615818_684_5088_371653946
