E1: XMLP: View PDF on RD Jobs from Portal Fails with Error "Retrieve of UBE file failed" (Doc ID 1434632.1)

Symptoms

Currently when using portlet "Print Queue Center" (S986110B), user is presented with a list of all batch applications that ran on the server, including those associated to a BI Publisher Report Definition(RD).

If user selects an RD job and click the "View PDF" button a new browser window opens and displays the following message:

UBE: Retrieve of UBE file failed. The file may not exist on Enterprise Server
