E1: 76H: R03B11Z1A Error: Invoice not found in F76H3B10 (Doc ID 1435048.1)

Symptoms

Error: "Invoice not found in F76H3B10" when running the R03B11Z1A with Chilean localization.

Steps used to upload invoices:
1) Populate the tables below:
F03B11Z1 - Records in this table will be uploaded to F03B11
F0911Z1 - Records in this table will be  uploaded to  F0911
F76H3B1Z - Records in this table will be  uploaded to  F76H3B10
F76H3B5Z - Records in this table will be  uploaded to  F76H3B15

2) After the 4 tables are updated, run the R03B11Z1A.

 3) The record is not inserted, error in WorkCenter saying "Invoice not found in F76H3B10".
Please explain the error, and F76H3B10 should be blank before the Z process is run.
