E1: SVM: Failed To Start E1 9.1 Windows Service Using Server Manager

After completing installation of EnterpriseOne application release 9.1, user is unable to start EnterpriseOne Windows service using Server Manager. If a user starts EnterpriseOne Windows service from Windows Services programs instead of using Server Manager, the status of EnterpriseOne service in Server Manager remains as "Stopped"
