 This document provides some scenarios and solutions for issues with accessing a One View menu or adding a new custom One View report.

 Symptom 1: In a JDE shipped One View Application which has JDE Delivered One View Reports (For Example P48280-One View Dispatch), If you click on the "One View" menu, "Loading.." is the only text displayed.
 Symptom 2: In any standard JDE application, If you open "One View" Menu and select "Add Report" option and then click "Save" button, System does not bring the Layout Editor pop up window and new report is not saved.
 Symptom 3: While saving a custom one view report an error message displayed saying "Error Occured".
 Symptom 4: While saving a custom one view report an error message displayed saying "Failed to Save Report". Below errors are seen in jasdebug logs:
