E1: OVR: Some Users Cannot Run One VIew Reports While Others Can (Doc ID 1447206.1)

For few users, when trying to run any One View Report, Nothing happens after system shows "Processing" or the error below is displayed

System cannot access the report because it does not exist anymore on the BIP Server. Please contact your system administrator to delete the report definition.
