E1:DB: High "db file sequential read" Events in Oracle 11g RAC and EnterpriseOne Tables (Doc ID 1449787.1)

Symptoms

Users working in EnterpriseOne with an Oracle 11g RAC are experiencing slow response times in EnterpriseOne tables such as: F00022 and F00005.  The slow response may be caused by heavy user I/O with the database.  A DBA with the proper database permissions should be able to run the AWR (Automatic Workload Repository) report.  The following is a sample of the report showing some of the events that can cause this issue:
