Symptoms

Symptom 1: While running any one view report the Graphs and charts does not display the expected output. Instead, "Flash or SVG is not available" message displayed in the place of graphics.

Symptom 2: When viewing OVR report in interactive viewer, Dynamic filtering on the graphs and charts not working. Mouse icon does not change from Arrow to Hand so that a component of graph or chart can be clicked.

Symptom 3: Charts are not displaying but the table data is displaying when using the IE browser but working on Firefox.
