Symptoms

EnterpriseOne software Upgrade from EnterpriseOne 9.0 to EnterpriseOne 9.1 application release level and using New Deployment Server. While creating upgrade plan after defining the shared DB datasources, unchecked the option of default environment and then on next screen, customer is unable to select any environment in "Select Environments" Screen.
