Symptoms

WARNING: Recently a new side effect has been discovered after implementing this solution. OneView Report OVR no longer work after implementing this solution and development is working on a new solution. When OVR stop working after implementing this solution, please back out the setting or experiment with less aggressive number or consider upgrade to Tools 9.1.5 and beyond instead of this workaround solution.

Uploaded E1 Page zip file using P982400, find the object, click Row Exit View, get error

Happens to any E1 Pages, standard and custom. It appears the system functions are creating a folder with name that is too long (eg. ... /webclient.war/temp/5X7nPhpQ42L2tvcLzSJlL9Hy9mHQSzS2lDw1533QtYwLCMvKpnVD!1428286985!1331308896886/...
