Goal

In a scenario where a customer is working on a project to upgrade from Xe to 9.1 (see caveat below for an upgrade from Xe to 9.2 as below), and has been directed to the Technical Catalog for upgrade information, including viewing table conversion (TC) documentation. However, most of the table conversions customer is searching for that are done in the upgrade from Xe to 9.1 are not included in the Technical Catalog. For example, the R8900165JA or R8942199F TCs are not included in the Technical Catalog. Is the Technical Catalog missing information?
