1. After Tools Upgrade To 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168, or 22.214.171.124
When using Weblogic Server or Wesphere to host the transaction server, after upgrading your tools release to 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52, 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11 the real time events are being written to the F90710 correctly, but they remain in a status '3' and do not get processed. The following error is found in the E1root.log:
2. You are NOT on the above Tools Release Level and there is NO errors, but the status 3 events are stuck in F90710.
