E1: 41F: Web Client Exception Caused by Missing UDC 41F/SY

When adding a new sales order (P4210) or purchase order (P4310), users are receiving a Web Client Exception error and cannot enter a new order.  The following error message is found in the logs:


JDBj service [UDC type table] found key [41F-SY] in the database, returned 0 records.

NetManager.getUDCData(): An error occurred trying to fetch UDC data from UDC table
