For EnterpriseOne 9.1 Tools Release install, you are able to detach the local OEE Planner databases but are unable to re-attach them when running the attach_planner.bat file. This issue began after applying TR  The following command shows in the command prompt window:

 No other errors appear in any log on the Deployment Server.
