E1: PKG: 9.1 Unable to Successfully Install a Second Full Package On a Client

Client Workstation installation is successful when run directly from \\deploymentserver\E910\OneWorld Client Install\setup.exe.
Subsequently, when installing a full package at signon on the workstation, it deletes part of the local E910\system folder and displays an onscreen error message concerning the gen_oas.bat.
When the second package is accepted, it sees the existing installation and goes to remove the pathcode and foundation. Foundation is E910\system directory. The error occurs while trying to call gen_oas.bat from the local C:\E910\system directory. This directory does not exist at this point.
