E1: OUTBND: Max Number of TS Connections are Reached Crashing The Enterprise Server

Customer is having an issue where Max TS connections are reached and it crashes the Enterprise Server. Customer experienced the same issue which was resolved with a workaround by to increase the Transaction Server maxConnection= to 400 (was 200), and implementing a weekly TS restart, so they would never hit the 400 limit. That has been working fine for the last 12 months or so, until just recently. However, customer rolled out JDE into more countries, and now generating a lot more RTE traffic.
