Purpose

This document helps troubleshoot issues that occur when starting EnterpriseOne services and these fail to start with IPC2100012 errors in the server logs.  Services failing to start can occur in any of these scenarios:

  1. New installation of EnterpriseOne
  2. After upgrading to new Tools Release
  3. No changes have been made
