E1: SOLEXP: After JAS Server Name Change User Receives a Blank Screen After Log in and cannot run any Applications (Doc ID 1472970.1)

User receives a blank screen after logging into the web client. The menu bar resolves strange, the background picture is missing and they cannot run any applications from the navigation menu.


This issue only happens for some users in a particular environment and the issue can be duplicated for that environment when the user sign on to the normal web client or through Web Development Client in local web.

There were two environments (JPD900 and JPDT900) which uses the same path code (PD900) but mapped to different Control Tables and Business Data datasources. The User encounters this issue in JPD900 but not in JPDT900.
