Symptoms

Customer is unable to apply an ESU patch either manually (using Software Updates P96470 application) or using Change Assistant Tool.


On-screen error in Change Assistant:

DatabaseException: com.jdedwards.database.base.JDBException: [SECURITY_ERROR] A security error occurred.
