 Question 1:  If making a change to any detail line in a Service Order via P90CD002, Manage Service Orders, and then clicking Cancel/Close without clicking Save Changes, why are the changes are still saved?

 Question 24:  Using either P90CD015 or the P17730) to change a price on a parts list to zero after it defaulted from the Advance Price Schedule for that customer, the price cannot be changed.  Can the price be set to zero so the part is not billed?
 Question 25:  How can media attachments be printed on a work order when running the print program?
 Question 26: Attempting to use a Kit item (Stocking type K) on a Service order header (P17714 - P90CD002) and utilize the Copy BOM functionality to create the parts list on the order but the COPY BOM functionality is not avalabile when a Kit item is on the header?
 Question 27: Why does the Actual Finish Date Default into the Beg Date on the Service Work Order Status Window? When the work order status is changed in the P17714 and the status change window is displayed, the date that is coming in is not the current date but a date previously input on the work order. Why?
