 Question 9:  If the employee transfers, the employee's job or organization would be changed. At the time of transfer, the employee and previous supervisor need to do performance appraisal for the employee's job at that point. At the end of the year, the employee will have to do a performance appraisal for the employee's current job. The new supervisor will refer to the previous appraisal ( at the time of transfer) by the previous supervisor. What procedures in the application can cover this process ? Can the 'GAP Snapshot' be the kind of application which is related with this requirement ?
 Question 10:  How and what fields are updated to the Employee Master when an appraisal is complete?
 Question 11: On P087712, Processing Option 1 on Defaults Tab, it states that the audience may be 1-Employee, 2-Manager or  3-HR.  Why it that 1 and 2 do the same thing?  They put the current user's address book number into the manager field and prevents changes to that field. 
 Question 12:  When saving a Traditional Appraisal by clicking OK in the P087711 (Create Group Performance Appraisals), the information does not display on the appraisal when the manager reviews in P087712.  It is a blank template.  Why when saving the appraisal by clicking save on the document in the P087711, does the next employee's traditional appraisal displays the previous employee's information?

 Question 18:  In Competency Based Performance Appraisal Revision, P087712, the Overall Appraisal Rating does not function properly.  The appraisal is based on a Performance scale of 1, 2, or 3.  The Overall Rating stays at a 1 no matter what is assigned to the employee.  The employee can have a rating of all  3's and the system will still calculate a 1 as the Overall Rating.  Why will the Overall Rating not calculate correctly? 
 Question 19: For an existing appraisal (P087712) when the supervisor (user) clicks link Create a Career Development Plan which launches Goal Action Plans (P05117), they populate the form and click the Submit button but nothing is saved when choosing View Development Plan. How does this application work?
