Symptoms

Update or Full Server Package failed to build all business functions on Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 (x64) Enterprise Server.


Visual Studio 2008 SP1 is installed.
Visual Studio 2010 redistributable is installed.
 
 
 Under each BSFN DLL folder on the Enterprise Server, in the jdertdll.c file, the  following error is seen:
