You have setup the required settings for data driven email with Data Recipient Language Preference option. The glossary text for the Data Item in alternate language to be used for email subject and body is setup and deployed. The language preference is coming from the XML source and you have mapped the XML field to the Data Recipient Language Preference in P95620 - Bursting and Delivery screen.

Even though the content in XML field mapped to Data Recipient Language Preference field contains correct language code, you observe that the delivered email subject and body are appearing in English only.
