E1: JAS: Error Message "No environment assigned for User/Role" When Logging into HTML Client (Doc ID 1482689.1)

Users are unable to login to the newly created JAS environment. The error message that appears on screen is "No environment assigned for User/Role":

The E1ROOT.LOG file has the following error messages:

Verify that user JDE has Admin and sysadmin roles; where both roles have the custom J environment and the standard environments assigned.  Tables F0094, F0093 and F00921 should all have the relevant information for the J environment.
