E1: OVR: OneView Reporting Fails To Work in Multiple Environments (Doc ID 1485636.1)

Symptoms

One View Reporting has been set in 3 Environments (JDV910, JPY910 and JPD910) with all the required setup/settings. However it works fine in JDV910 for all the users but not in JPY910 and JPD910.  Also, the OVR Icon doesn't show at all in JPY910 and JPD910 Environments for the same users.  Is One View Reporting supported in multiple environments? If so, any specific setup/settings is required to resolve this issue?

Scenario 1:

Extract from the jasdebug.log from JDV910 environment where OVR setup is successful, this log information shows that user validation  is successful.
