Symptoms
On Tools Release 9.1 new JDBC connections are being opened to the system datasource instead of connections used from a pool until connections are maximized and E1 begins to slow down. Eventually E1 can run out of connections if there are more users (logging in), more transactions, etc. occuring on the system.
Web sessions in EnterpriseOne become unresponsive. In the E1ROOT_xxx.LOG (located in JDE_HOME/***/logs) of the JAS/Web server it shows the following message:
