Symptoms

In this example, customer is on EnterpriseOne 8.12 apps release level / TR 8.96 using MSDE as local database.

On the Fat Client when a PY package is installed the data directory includes the JDELocal_PY812.mdf and ldf. When a DV Package is installed the data folder contains a JDELocal_PS812 instead of the DV812 that it should be.
