Scope
Details
 To restrict orders from being created for a specific customer the following options can be used:
 Item Restrictions
 Minimum or Maximum Sales Order Hold
 Customer Inactive Flag
 Address Effective Dates
 To restrict an Item for Sale from Only One Customer
 To restrict a group of users from adding lines to a sales order and changing anything but the quantity field on a sales order
