Symptoms


BSSV Error
Client has the Rateware XP software configured correctly but is now getting a BSSV error Call to Web Service Failed error. This error occurred after BSSV J4900010 was installed in the development environment.  Customer is running BSSV on Weblogic Server (WLS)
