In this scenario, customer is running EnterpriseOne 9.1 with Tools Release 9.1.2 and SQL Server 2008 R2 and are following the Install Guides (Chapter 13 - Copying an Environment to Another Environment / Step 13.3 Running the Copy Environment Application (P989400)) to copy an environment using P989400 (Environment Director).  Before running P989400, the database needs to be configured using the following scripts:

The scripts for a SQL 2008 database are located in z:\JDEdwardsPPack\E910\MSSQL\scripts. Customer is editing the scripts according to Install Guides (Chapter 13 - Copying an Environment to Another Environment / Step 13.2 Setting up the Database Components for the Target Environment), but when running the scripts, the following error appears on the command prompt screen:
