When several different versions of same UBE are submitted individually from a business function running on the server, random version fails with error:

When these same versions of the ube are submitted in a second run, either all the UBE version jobs complete successfully or a different UBE version job (that completed successfully in the first run) fails with "Failed to load job spec cache" in the second run
